Version v0.031 Update

Changelog:

 - Fixed an image during Mariah's fourth event that caused playing as a woman to include an image of the non-binary character model by mistake

 - Added android and desktop icons (Charlie in front of some cherry blossoms, it's super cute)

 - Updated the v0.04 preview image at the end of the last event of this version to reflect changes made to plans for v0.04 (what was originally going to be two updates, v0.04 and v0.05, is now going to be 3 updates, since I added in some new events to the planned timeline, so the preview needed updating to reflect that)
